At Techzelo, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Delivery Time
Same-Day Delivery in Karachi: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
Nationwide Delivery: Orders outside Karachi are delivered within 4–5 business days.
Delivery Hours: Deliveries are between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is packed, we’ll share a packaging video with you before dispatch for your satisfaction.
You will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp so you can easily track your parcel.
How to Receive Your Parcel at the Time of Delivery
Please follow these essential steps when receiving your order:
Inspect the Packaging:
Check the outer condition of the package for any signs of damage or tampering.
Do not sign or accept the delivery if the package looks opened or damaged.
Refuse and Return:
Hand the package back to the courier. We will arrange a replacement within a few days.
Record a Video While Opening:
Please record a video while unboxing. This helps us verify if the product matches the packaging video.
Contact our customer support immediately if the product is missing, damaged, or tampered with.
Modify Orders
If you need to modify your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can be canceled by calling our helpline at 03153487781 before dispatch.
If you paid via debit or credit card, the refund will be processed according to the payment gateway or bank policy. It may take 15–20 business days to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

- Payment issues
- Delivery location restrictions
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
