Common Issues with Easy Solutions

Product not turning on?

Please charge the product for at least 30 minutes before trying again.
Make sure you're using a compatible charger and cable.

Not connecting with the phone?

Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone.
Restart both your device and the product.
Make sure the product is not already connected to another device.

Sound issue or low volume?

Try cleaning the speaker or earbud mesh.
Ensure volume is turned up on both the device and the phone.

The product looks slightly different from the pictures.

Sometimes colors or packaging may vary slightly due to lighting or batch changes, but functionality remains the same.

What to Do Before Returning?

Before requesting a return, please make sure:

  • You have the order number and proof of purchase (screenshot or invoice).
  • The product is unused (except for testing during the warranty).
  • All original packaging, accessories, and gifts are included.
  • You've tried the basic troubleshooting steps listed above.

14-Day Return Policy

If you don’t like the product, or it’s not what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
  • We’ll offer a refund or an exchange, as requested.

7-Day Checking Warranty

Every product has a 7-day checking warranty for defects, damage, or functional issues.

What’s covered:

The product is not working correctly, has manufacturing defects, or is physically damaged upon arrival.

What’s not covered:

Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or tampering.

Issues reported after 7 days of delivery.

If your product is faulty within 7 days, we will replace or repair it free of charge.

  • Products bought on discount or clearance may not be eligible for returns (unless faulty).
  • Techzelo reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
