Refund Policy

Please shop with confidence at Techzelo. We offer a 14-day easy return policy and a 7-day checking warranty on eligible products. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received unused, undamaged, and in original packaging and accessories. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To help us maintain affordable prices for all customers, a 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This helps cover part of our shipping and handling costs.

All electronics come with a 7-day warranty. If your product has any issues within this period, such as faults or defects, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or exchange depending on the situation.

To begin a return or claim, email us at hello@techzelo.co or contact us 0315 3487781. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on returning your item. Please do not send items without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Damage & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@techzelo.co with photos or video proof.

We’ll quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or refunding you at no extra cost.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Used or damaged items (caused by customer mishandling)
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Exchange

If you want to exchange your product for a different color, model, or variant, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to notify you. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
